1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 To register an account with jeetba, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1.2 During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. jeetba reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

1.3 jeetba may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

2. Account Management

2.1 Each player is permitted to hold only one account with jeetba. If jeetba identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any funds, bonuses, free spins, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

2.2 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jeetba will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

2.3 You must notify jeetba immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2.4 jeetba reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it has reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.

• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jeetba or to other players.

2.5 Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in a closed account in good standing will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to all outstanding wagering obligations having been met.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 jeetba supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at jeetba's discretion.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the cashier page and may be updated periodically.

3.3 All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. jeetba does not permit deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts owned by third parties. Where a third-party payment is identified, jeetba reserves the right to void the transaction and return funds to their source.

3.4 Deposits are generally credited to player accounts instantly. Where a delay occurs due to payment processor issues or additional verification requirements, jeetba will not be liable for losses resulting from such delays.

3.5 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity and payment verification. jeetba aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within five minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times for other methods may vary. jeetba reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing times.

3.6 jeetba does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in BDT. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which jeetba accepts no responsibility.

3.7 jeetba implements anti-money-laundering procedures and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 jeetba offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms.

4.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jeetba promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.

4.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other activity intended to exploit a promotional offer — is strictly prohibited. jeetba reserves the right to void bonuses, associated winnings, and real-money balances, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.
